Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. Back out there


Great 7 miles yesterday. I love the feeling after a run. the tired but feel great feeling. It is the best part. I have to take my daughter to her aunts for her last summer hoorah, so the run will be short very short just a quick 4. Oh add 2008 08 wildmiles to the "upcoming runs" list.
